How the work runs.
Five stages, in this order, every time — each one finished and looked at before the next crew starts. You get a dated schedule for your flooring job before anyone arrives on site.
Survey
We measure levels across the whole slab and flag any dip that needs building up.
Strip out
Old flooring lifted, debris bagged and removed the same day.
Screed
A cement screed bed is laid and levelled so the finished floor sits true.
Lay
Tiles or planks are set with notched-trowel adhesive, spacers throughout.
Grout & finish
Epoxy grout, skirting fitted, floor cleaned and handed over polished.
